Higher Destiny Statement of Belief

1. •We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God that is TRUTH and is ALIVE and it is RELEVANT for today.
   
   

2. •We believe that ALL people have sinned and our sin separates us from the RELATIONSHIP with God that He created for us.
   
   

3. •We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to bridge the gap of sin that separates us from God.
   
   

4. •We believe that JESUS CHRIST was born from the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, was 100% God and 100% man while he lived on earth, was crucified, died and was buried, and ROSE from the dead.
   
   

5. •We believe in SALVATION of sinners by grace through faith.
   
   

6. •We believe that EVERYBODY has an eternal destiny... those who believe in Jesus Christ receive eternal life, and those who deny Jesus Christ receive eternal punishment.
   
   

7. •We believe that it takes a personal, individual DECISION to believe in Jesus Christ and follow Him.
   
   

8. •We believe in the operation and the gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT individually and corporately.
   
   

9. •We believe that GOD created everybody for a divine PURPOSE and that He is excited to use children and teenagers to show His Glory.
